Osteoarthritis is a chronic joint disease that causes pain, disability, and loss of function. More than 80% cases osteoarthritis affect the knee joint. The exact cause still unknown, but it generally associated with aging obesity. This study aimed to determine relationship between age severity osteoarthritis. research used cross-sectional involving patients who suffered from Data on gender was collected medical records. assessed using Kellgren-Lawrence system. data analyzed Spearman correlation. There were 3 (8.1%) in category late adulthood, 7 (18.9%) middle-aged category, 13 (35.1%) early-onset elderly 14 (37.8%) elderly. Seven (23.7%) grade 1, had 2, 16 (43.2%) 3, one patient 4. test showed there no significant (p>0.05) According study's findings, correlation women men at Baptis Hospital, Batu City.
